Bio

Born in Croatia and having spent a decade in London, Andrea Giordani is a multidisciplinary artist with more than 20 years of experience working internationally as a composer, sound designer, voice-over artist, and performer.

Andrea is a storyteller. As both a composer and actor, she possesses the unique capability to delve deeply into the material at hand and comprehend all aspects of the story.

She holds a BA in Acting and Puppetry (Arts Academy Osijek, Croatia) and an MA in Acting (East 15 Acting School, UK), alongside six years of classical music training in Croatia. This foundation underpins her interdisciplinary practice and her ability to combine performance with composition and sound.

For over two decades, Andrea has created music and sound for theatre, film, television, podcasts, games, and variety of other media. She approaches composition as an extension of storytelling, using her background in acting and performance to shape music that responds to character, text, and atmosphere. Her work has been recorded at AIR Studios, a prestigious recording studio renowned for its exceptional sound quality, and continues to inspire and support productions across multiple artistic disciplines.

Andrea has also lent her voice to stories, characters, and advertisements across the voice-over world. Her portfolio spans advertising, radio, video games, and audiobooks. On Audible, she has narrated over 200 titles, ranging from non-fiction history and philosophy to literary classics and contemporary fiction.

In addition to her creative work, Andrea directs and designs audio dramas, including Multiverse Discovery Series: The Other Side and The Amazons. She is also active in higher education, having taught on the MA Acting programme at East 15 Acting School in the UK and developed new courses for the Mediterranean Screen Arts Academy, where she was appointed Head of Sound in 2024. From 2026, she will contribute to the new East 15 – MUV joint programme in Acting in Malta.
